Once trucks arrive, they can enter their registration number in the Connect system and hand them a CS coaster so they can be recalled once a bay is ready. Thanks to the Connect System, you're able to manage waiting trucks better than ever before. You can visually monitor the time spent waiting for bays.
The Connect System can produce valuable data that can be used to analyse how long trucks are waiting on average. If trucks are waiting longer than expected, the staff can use the data available to help improve the time it takes to relocate the truck into the loading bay.
