If integrated with our notification systems, the browser-based application can recall trucks to the correct bays, show staff which trucks have been waiting longer than expected, and produce valuable data that can show management which areas require improvement.

Notification System

In order to recall waiting trucks to the correct bay as soon as they are available, notification systems can be used. For example, the CS coaster shows the driver which bay is free. As a result, the wait times are sped up and trucks are directed to the correct loading bays.

On large logistic sites, recalling drivers to the correct bay can be extremely difficult. The staff in charge of sending the right trucks to the right bays can become extremely stressed with trucks coming and going 24 hours a day.

Using a notifying system reduces frustration and speeds up the process of getting the truck to the correct bay. The coaster vibrates and flashes with the number of the bay they need to go to when a bay is ready. When the truck arrives at the bay and is unloaded, the coaster is handed back and given to someone else.

Connect System

The Connect application allows staff to view waiting trucks onscreen. Once trucks arrive, staff can add their registration number to the Connect System and hand the driver a CS notifying system, or drivers can scan a QR Code upon arrival automatically adding them to the waiting list.

It is easier than ever to manage waiting trucks with Connect System. In the Connect System, data can be produced that shows how long trucks are waiting on average. If trucks are waiting longer than expected, management can use the available data to improve the time it takes to relocate the truck into the loading bay.
